STANDARD ORDERING INFORMATION Your orders may be placed by phone usually between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 (4:00 p.m) European Time, Monday through Thursday. Written confirmation of orders is not required. Telephone orders may also be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week using our telephone answering machine. You may also place an order by surface mail, by fax or via internet. In most cases, orders are processed within two hours of receipt and are shipped on the same day. All orders received Monday through Thursday before 13:00 can be shipped the same day for next day delivery to most locations in the country. No minimum order quantity is required.

PACKING AND SHIPPING All artworks are shipped in stable cardboard packaging to protect them from accidental damage during shipping and storage. Intrinsic description such as title, year etc is also indicated on the back-side of the artwork. Besides, the invoice/packing list is supplied with the artwork. Artworks are usually shipped via Post, Monday through Sunday, unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice, and rates currently 15 DM (7,50 Euro) for Germany and 50 DM (25 Euro) for other countries.

PRICING and PAYMENT All prices are net prices given in DM and Euro. For german bayers, the value added tax (VAT) that rates currently 7% have be added to indicated prices to get gross prices. Export to other countries shall be exempted from turnover taxation if VAT identification number is indicated. Payment have be done in according with invoice in Euro or local currency. Payment terms are 30 days net. Late payments are subject to interest charges. Payment may be made by cash (cash on delivery), by bank transfer (open invoice) or by credit card (VISA, EuroCard, MasterCard).  

RETURNS All artworks could be returned within 1 week. In order to receive credit or repayment, the artwork must be returned in original packaging and intact condition. There will be a returning fee on all goods returned due to customer ordering error.  If, however, it happened that product fails to meet the quality standards or is damaged, it will be repayed free of any charges.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE The quality is our highest priority. We guarantee that all artworks are unique, as well as the authentity of the artwork if no artist's signature is present.
