- Description
|
- These genomic DNA preparations come from: 342 bacterial species 39
fungal species 14 parasitical species. Highly purified genomic DNAs
are isolated under the most stringent conditions to avoid any possibility
of contamination. The quality and purity of each preparation is monitored
using standard testing techniques such as agarose gel electrophoresis,
spectrophotometry, and PCR amplification. These DNA preparations can
be used in a variety of molecular biology applications, notably PCR
amplifications, hybridization reactions, and cloning procedures. Ê
